Students are informed that University of Sargodha (UOS) now open up their Masters admission for 2024 session. 

Admission Announced:  10 June, 2024 

Application Submission Deadline:  12 July,2024 (12:00) Midnight 

UOS ADMISSION SCHEDULE: 

University of Sargodha offers admissions in multiple degree programs including BS, MS, BS (Engr), BSCS, Law, B.Com, BBA, MBA, MBBS, Pharm.D, PHD and each degree program have different admission requirements and schedules. Interested students are informed to visit university official website for admission schedules and latest updates.

UOS ACADEMIC PROGRAMS WITH ADMISSION / ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:  

UOS ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS: 

Register yourself at https://admissions.su.edu.pk/ using your mobile number. 

Open your UOS Admission form online from official website. Complete your application form by providing the required data, after submitting the application a chalan form of Rs. 550 rupees will be generated. Download it and deposit it in any branch of HBL.  

Any candidate unable to correct his/her false information or fails to deposit fee chalan may lose their right of admission.

  1. Original terminal degree/ DMC 
  2. Print copy of online application form.
  3. Copies of all academic record. 
  4. CNIC/B-Form (applicant + father guardian) 
  5. An affidavit (sworn statement) on stamp paper of min 50 rupee at the relevant department. 

Before the final submission of application just make sure that all the information and documents must be correct as per requirements. 

After application closing dates merit lists will be displayed on university official website.

Admission test/ interview for MS/MPHILL15-July-2024 
Hafiz Quran 15, 16 – July-2024 
Medical examination test for special candidates (disabled) 15-July-2024 
Physical efficiency test for sports sciences disciplines 15-July-2024 
Co-curricular test 15-July-2024 
Sports trials 16, 17 July- 2024 (Male) 
18-July-2024 (Female) 

Selected candidates will be notified via SMS, Email and website portal. 

PROCESS AFTER THE DISPLAY OF MERIT LIST: 

Departmental visit: After display of merit lists you need to visit your department with following documents. 

  1. All Academic Record (Original Certificates/Degree)  
  2. Applicant’s Original CNIC/B-Form 
  3. Original Test results 
  4. First Semester Admission Fee 

Visit Focal Person of your degree program who will verify all your documents.  

After successful verification, enrollment fee chalan form will be given to you which can be deposit in any HBL branch. The departmental copy of the chalan form must be submitted at relevant departments within due date which will be mentioned on chalan form and on merit list as an approval of enrollment or admission. 

WHAT’S NEXT? 

After depositing the fee, Hard copies of following documents as well as departmental copy of chalan form should be submit by applicant. 

  1. All document must be A4 size placed in file while submission. 
  2. Print copy of online Application form from admission portal. 
  3. All academic record (Single copy of each) 
  4. One copy of CNIC/B-form 
  5. Three passport size pictures (white background) 
  6. Original departmental copy of paid fee voucher 
  7. Accepting the policy of tobacco & drugs control at HELs (one copy Download from here: (click here)

STUDENT ALERT:  

  • Students waiting for second year result can also apply for admission. 
  • 10 seats in each degree program BS or MS will be reserved for self-finance students.  
  • Any change in admission schedule will be notified through university official website.
